A delegation from the Naram Sen Foundation visited the People's Republic of China.

A delegation from the Naram Sen Foundation for Dialogue and Community Development visited the People's Republic of China at the invitation of the Communist Party of China's Department of Arab-Chinese Relations. The delegation was headed by Dr. Haider Al-Barzanji, President of the Foundation, Mr. Abbas Al-Ardawi, Vice President of the Foundation, and Mr. Hussam Al-Hajj Hussein, Director of Administration and Finance. The visit included meetings with university professors in Beijing and representatives from companies in the economic city of Suzhou. A meeting was also held with the head of the Department of Arab-Chinese Relations at the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Both sides emphasized the importance of communication between the two countries (China and Iraq), particularly among intellectuals and research centers. They also discussed common ground and ways to develop relations between China and the Arab states.
